Low Impact Full Body Workout - Sunday mornings at 9AM (FREE)

I teach Bootcamp classes at Phitness Plus and I can get you a FREE class on Sunday mornings at 9AM.  I'll schedule this event for every Sunday (on the weekends that I'll be out of town we'll have a guest instructor).

My classes are low impact F.I.T.T. Camps and focus on a full body workout.  Each person will work at their level with a special emphasis on proper alignment to eliminate pain.  Everything starts at the core so we'll work our middle sections throughout the one hour session.

For my friends and MeetUp members you'll get to join us for FREE on Sunday mornings.  This is a great MeetUp to bring your whole family to: men, women and kids of all ages workout at P+.  Bring a workout buddy too.  All for FREE.

After the workout please plan to spend a few minutes filling out an info sheet.  At that time you're welcome to schedule a time for a full 1/2 hour FREE follow-up personal consult also.

The Resilience Neighborhood Center is a Platinum LEED built building.  You'll love the energy in this place!

Overall description of F.I.T.T. Classes at Phitness Plus:

Sorry Tena, I had made the change to the description a bit ago but it was only supposed to be for the one day. The Free workout is a 9AM. There is a workout at 2PM also, if you need that time slot, I'll make it work for you.
