I've done a lot of Yoga, but this will be my first Laughter Yoga class! I'm really looking forward to it. Join me!

The Madison Laughter Club presents their Laughter Yoga Workshop every Sunday from 2:30-3:30PM at the CCL. So, just what is Laughter Yoga? It's a group activated, consciously generated laughing experience. But it's no laughing matter. Scientific research has documented the benefits of laughter.
