Low Impact Workout for Women - NEW TIME
This is a workout for beginners to intermediate, Baby Boomers, & 50+ lbs to lose.
I want to educate people on correct form to begin, and learn to engage the core. many people don't engage their core correctly. Once you master the basics you will move up to more advanced moves as you attend these classes. I can offer this 2-3/ week if there is interest after you have tried a class.
We will go through basic movements as a group then move into a short workout circuit to. You will also be given an at-home work out that you can get done in 10 mins to make sure you are at least doing something every day.
