We often associate strength with doing more, pushing harder, staying busy. But what if true resilience begins with breath?

Mermaid Breathwork draws on principles of freediving: long, intentional breath holds, mental focus, and total body surrender. Yet here, we remain on land, learning how to soften without collapsing and strengthen without force.

This is breathwork designed for the modern nervous system:
– To train calm under pressure
– To stretch your mental capacity for stillness
– To discharge stress, anxiety, and tension
– To restore your internal rhythm

Led by Adelina Chan, an SSI Mermaid Instructor and NLP Practitioner, this session combines breath discipline, fluid movement, and deep rest—awakening the ocean within you.

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or “ready.”

Just willing.

Whether you’re burnt out, holding it all together, or quietly searching for release, this is a practice of surrender and strength, both.
