With the 4th quarter upon us we need to gear up our businesses for vendor shows. This month's meet-up will be all about Showcasing Your Products and Services.
Amy from Pampered Chef will be presenting on the topic. Amy has years of experience with craft and vendor shows, she has set up several shows for her own business and within her corporate job.
We are asking each member to come in and set up a table with their products and services. We are going to work the room, check out each other's product/service presentation, listen to each other demonstrations/pitches and give honest feedback. We'll have slips of paper to pass feedback. This is going to be a really fun night for building confidence and learning!
I could not be more excited to learn more about each other's business, pass marketing tips and have some fun with amazing offerings.
If you do not have a table to set up that is okay too, please come and give feedback to other. It is not required for the meeting.
We have about 15 tables at the NFIA, if you have a table of your own that is easy to bring, please do so. Tables will be first some first serve but we will figure out a way for everyone to set up...we're woman and naturally resourceful ;)

I am so excited to get this group going and to be your new organizer!!
My mission is to create a group that helps women build each other businesses. 3 hours a month to focus on an aspect of your business. I think networking groups are awesome but this group is going to have a slightly different format and vibe. Think of this group more of a Women’s business support group than a networking group. When we support each other the networking comes naturally. Running a business is tough and sometimes we need to step away from the to-do lists, Facebook messages and emails and focus on the bigger picture. New ideas that can really help our business if we take time to grow. Together, women for women will be a network of like-minded business ladies here to empower and raise each other higher.
Yes there will be a referral part of the night but we’ll call it meet & greet. It will give members a full hours of chatting, giving their “30 second elevator speech”, catching up and building relationships. It also gives us all an hour to arrive ;) During the one hour meet and greet we will have one member of the group spotlighting their business.
Then a 30-60 minute presentation to help the group. We are looking for presentations that will help promote our businesses and raise each other higher. We all have talents where we excel and this forum will give us an opportunity to present them and help other women with aspects of their business. For example, I am great with social media. I get Facebook, I get instagram, I get Pinterest, I understand web stats and I am good at making them work together. My presentation to the group would help you learn different aspects of the web. Each month we will focus on a really juicy business topic or life/women empowerment type topic and then present it. Some nights may just be one person and some up to 3.
Following our presentations will be a 30-60 minute discussion about the topic. This is a chance to turn our chairs in, ask questions, give opinions and apply these topics to our own lives.
If you are serious about making your business succeed and looking for a sisterhood of women with the same desire, you have found the right group.
SHARING IS CARING – Please bring one snack/drink to the meeting. One bag of pretzels, one package of cookies, one jug of apple juice, etc. Nothing more than $5 and don’t worry about having one for everyone, if we all bring a little, we’ll have plenty!
Our meetings are held monthly at the NFIA building, located close to the Neshaminy mall in Oakford. learn more about the NFIA http://www.neshaminyfalls.org
This group is open to all women with a small business. Unlike typically networking groups it does not matter if we already have a photographer or real estate agent or Pampered Chef presenter. Our mission is to create a group that helps women build each other businesses. 3 hours a month to focus on an aspect of your business. I think networking groups are awesome but this group is going to have a slightly different format and vibe. Think of this group more of a Women’s business support group than a networking group.
