Sperry Bilyea loves helping families and individuals who want to learn about taking care of their health, and age well. She is passionate about educating people on a business model that helps families with financial and time freedom.
Wellness: A short (15-20 minute) break to engage in holistic self-care such as dance, yoga, guided meditation, or a walk in the park. This week Emily Rose will offer a body flow session to get us moving mindfully. Stay as long as you want to work on your own projects in a supportive environment.Mentor in the House! Each week we will have a skills development mentor available on site for informal discussions and advice.
