Magnificent Women of Staunton, get ready for an extra-special night of flavor, fun, and fabulous company!

On Thursday, August 14 at 5:30 PM, I’m thrilled to be co-hosting an elegant evening with fellow Magnificent Woman Rachel, whose husband — the renowned Chef John — has graciously agreed to create a mouthwatering spread of appetizers and hors d’oeuvres just for us! Yes, really — we will be served a whole evening of deliciousness by Chef John himself.

Here’s the scoop:
- This event will be held at my house in Staunton (I'll provide address to guests week of the event);
- Just $10 gets you a full evening of chef-made treats (please bring along $10 cash with you for the Chef - this cost is 100% dedicated to paying for his ingredients. A Lainie note: separate tips for his service are also welcome);
- Each guest brings a bottle of wine, beer, cider, or other drink to share (only if you wish to have drinks - if you don't drink, disregard!), and...
- At the end of the evening, we’ll have a drawing for any unopened bottles — a fun twist since not everything will need to be opened (and a chance to win a little party favor!)
And since it’s a chef-served soirée, we'll make it extra special:
- Let's dress it up a little! Go glam, go vintage, go femme fatale, go quirky... go YOU, you magnificent woman, you — just for the joy of it!

This night is about good food, great conversation, and celebrating the amazing women we are. Huge thanks to Rachel and Chef John, who’ve co-created magic at many events in Virginia and North Carolina — and are bringing that magic to us this time!
