I know this is short notice, but I have to get my post-yoga mini-pie fix. (Queen of Hearts fantastic tiny mini-pies are gluten free with good ingredients and delicious toppings...can you tell I'm obsessed?)
We'll start with yoga at 9 a.m. (it will concentrate on shoulders and posture, so expect a little core Pilates work).
At 10:15 (approximately) we'll break and get on our bikes for a short ride to the Farmer's Market for snacking, eating, and buying.

Suggested yoga donation is $10 but please don't let that hold you back. Suitable for beginners as long as you are ready to be kind to yourself and know your limits.
If you are only joining for the ride arrive at 10:15. Tenants in the upper house so please hang out in the yard or sidewalk.
