What we’re about
I’m bringing together a group of career-focused women to support, encourage and cheer each other on. This is intended to be a safe, judgement-free space to talk openly about your ambitions, plans and dreams - as well as the realities of promotions, pay, workplace challenges and everything in between.
It’s a place to problem-solve together, share the funniest office stories, and help each other find our voices and grow in confidence.
No judgement. No limits on your aspirations. No one-upmanship.
We’ll meet on a relaxed, no-commitment basis every other Saturday morning for brunch at a café near Mitte. Each session will have a theme to spark the conversation, with time for introductions and an anonymous “worry box” for ideas or concerns you’d like the group to discuss.
The aim is to create a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where everyone (whether you’re just starting out, in the middle of your journey, or simply figuring out your next steps) feels at home. Even if you’re not sure where you’re headed yet but want to take a leap forward, you’re very welcome here.
While everyone is welcome, this group is especially aimed at those who identify as female or non-binary and are currently channelling their energy into their professional ambitions.
