Gentle April Walk

Hello ladies. This month will be an easy walk along the shores of Lake Whatcom. The world is can feel scary and unfamiliar at times. While we all have our battles, its important to be gentle on ourselves and try to remember that movement helps. This month I am doing this as much for me as I am for you all. I have been adjusting to life with out my companion of 15 years, my sweet cat Cooper.
