Join us for a friendly 5K run in Giovanni Caboto Park (75 Matthew Dr, Vaughan, ON L4L 9B4) on Saturday at 12pm. 🌳👟

We’ll be running on the sidewalk, doing 5 easy loops to complete a total of 5 km. The whole session will take about 1 hour or less.

All paces are welcome – you can run, jog, or do run/walk intervals. The goal is not speed, it’s showing up, moving your body, and feeling good.
