Join me, Heather Says, HoopYogini™ Master Trainer, for the HoopYogini™ Spinal Awakening Series! "This program is designed to tone your core, improve your posture and reduce back pain. Learn about the importance of the spine as the conduit that nourishes all other body systems. Cultivate Centered Pose – your place of inner power, strength and resilience. Integrate each pose into a flowing dance. Establish a healthy habit and the ability to show up for your personal well-being and empowerment." - We will move our spine in all directions, center ourselves and relax the mind, all while using the hoop as a tool for this true hatha yoga practice. We will bring the hoops onto our body, relearning that fun workout we did as kids. You do NOT need ANY hula hoop or yoga experience for this class. Want to learn a new exercise that is actually fun? Want to move your body in a way you won't dread after work? Then hula hoop dance is for you. All sizes and ages can succeed using the right methods and an adult sized hoop. You'll sweat, you'll be sore, but you will be laughing and smiling the whole time! Don't let kids have all the fun, play time is for grown ups too. In this group I'll post about classes, free hoop jams, workshops, ladies night hoop get togethers, and more!
