For a dinner that you’re not going to want to miss (it may be one of the best dinners you've had all year), join us at Bistro Ten Zero One on Wed., Nov. 6th. While the dinners at Bistro are exceptional by themselves, this upcoming dinner will be truly amazing and will feature a trio of talented chefs. The much loved Celebrity Chef Dean Max and Chef Jeremy Ford (http://djmculinary.com/?page_id=96) will be joining Chef Chris for a 5-course seafood-themed wine dinner at Bistro.

Dean, who was once crowned the King of American Seafood, has been a mentor to the both Jeremy and Chris - and all three share the same passion for seafood. Therefore, the seafood theme was a perfect fit. Each chef will prepare individual courses highlighting local seafood and wine pairings will be paired with each course.

The cost for this 5-course dinner with wine pairings is $60 (tax & gratuity are additional). Please RSVP through Local Wine Events. We will then contact you to get your credit card information. We do expect this event to sell out, so please rsvp early.

About the Chefs

Chef Dean James Max is the Executive Chef and Culinary Director for DJM Restaurants. He is a James Beard Nominee, has received many “Best of” awards from publications locally and nationally and currently owns and operates six restaurants around the country including his latest venture - James Republic - located in Long Beach, California.

Chef Jeremy Ford has worked with Chef Dean for over 4 years now and is currently the Culinary Specialist for DJM Restaurants. He has worked in many high profile kitchens around the country, including 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale. Having recently departed from 3030, Jeremy recently accepted the Executive Chef position for the soon-to-open restaurant at Eden Roc in Miami.

Chef Chris DeGweck is the Executive Chef for Bistro Ten Zero One in West Palm Beach. Focusing on what is local and in season, Chef Chris diligently tends his onsite garden and features an ever-changing seasonal menu at Bistro.
