Use the Dr. Seuss/List Method to Build a Full Story
Join us Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 6:30 pm when AJ Robinson, author, speaker, and Regional Director for the FWA shows us a simple yet effective tool to help in building a book. Robinson says, “You’ve got an idea for a great book, now here’s a device to get from the opening line to “The End.” The meeting is free and open to the public. Contact Rik Feeney for more information.
Three important things you will learn:
1. How to build the seed of a story into something with “meat” on its “bones.”
2. Fleshing out a basic outline to better define characters, plot points, actions, dialogue, locations etc.
3. Organizing all your story elements into a chapter by chapter outline.
