Join me for a quick break in the busy work day to learn about and practice meditation and breathing techniques that you can easily incorporate into your work day when you are feeling stressed, tired or overwhelmed.
This meet up is for LICENSED medical, health professionals ONLY (massage therapists, social workers, psychologists, physicians, chiropractors, etc)
I am excited to share some simple but effective yoga practices with my fellow medical/health professionals.
Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to sit on the floor. I will ask you to remove your shoes. We will be sitting on the floor/blocks unless you need a chair.
