Let me start off by saying I am not a certified personal trainer. I'm just a regular guy on my fitness journey . I know how hard it is to to stay motivated to go to the gym.
I started kickboxing and a fitness plan 2 years ago which helped me to lose 45 lbs and in the best physical shape in my life at 62 years old.
I started this meetup who need the motivation to be active, healthy and as a means to reach their fitness goals.
