• What we'll do
I am changing the focus of our workouts. This is now a fusion class of core strengthening exercises and hoop dance.
• What to bring
Water, a cap for shade, wear work out clothes and shoes. If you're comfortable in a tank top and shorts, that would be the best clothing for hooping as the hoop loves skin. The more skin making contact with the hoop, the easier it'll be to get and keep it in orbit.
• Important to know
The format is changing to a strength training focus. I use a myriad of fitness tools to give you a challenging workout that will increase your stamina, up your level of endurance and make you stronger.
