Code of Conduct

Xcoders is dedicated to providing a comfortable, harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of skill level, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We value the participation of each member of the Xcoders community and want everyone to have an enjoyable experience.

All participants and presenters are expected to show respect and courtesy to each other. To make clear what is expected, all participants at Xcoders events (the Thursday presentation meetings, and Tuesday NSCoder Nights) are required to conform to this Code of Conduct.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or age; inappropriate physical contact or invasion of personal space; sexual images; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the Xcoders organizers shall take appropriate action, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event, or banning from future events.
