A few months ago, we had a Fishbowl Discussion on what makes a good Agile developer. But now that we know what we want, how do we go about finding and hiring them? There are better ways to find and interview good candidates than just looking at a resume and then asking a few technical questions. How do we test for "pairing" and TDD fanatics? Come join our discussion as we focus on how to find and hire good Agile developers.

About the speaker:
Peter Hamlen will be leading the discussion. He is an Agile coach and developer in the New York City area. He is currently working as an Agile consultant at SunGard Global Services and leading a small 10-person Scrum team. He has 10+ years as an agile manager at, Teach For America and others. The initial part of the talk comes from his staff experience at Teach For America, an organization which hires 5000 people a year out of an applicant pool of over 40,000. After that, we'll see where it goes!
