Pair Exchange

Pair Exchange is a bi-weekly opportunity to work with someone new. Here at Pivotal Labs we pair program daily. We find pair programming offers an excellent opportunity to improve your own development practice. Learn how your pair approaches problems, how to talk about your code, and how to collaborate/compromise. Maybe even learn a new language. Arrive ready to pair, maybe on your project, maybe on someone else's.

A great experience. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the Pivotal folks for being such great hosts and to everyone else for their participation.

Pairing with another developer to work with my project provided valuable insights into my process. I got great feedback. Thanks Jalil!
