Salsa
A vibrant, energetic partner dance born from Caribbean rhythms, featuring quick steps, playful turns, and expressive movements that capture pure joy in motion.
Bachata
A more sensual, romantic dance from the Dominican Republic with gentle hip movements and close partner connection, set to guitar-driven melodies that tell stories of love and longing.
Merengue
An accessible, upbeat dance with a simple marching step, where partners move in perfect sync to lively. Merengue's festive rhythms and simple patterns make it perfect for beginners while still captivating for experienced dancers.
Kizomba
An intimate, smooth partner dance from Angola with a slow, sensual rhythm and connected steps, often described as a "walking embrace." Kizomba is known to create a powerful, almost meditative connection between dancers.
Zouk
