Two Chihuahuas Desperately Need Home (Please Read)

A former member
Dog Lovers,

I received this email from Cindy, one of our members, passing along information about a couple of chihuahuas that desperately need a good home! Please take the time to read this email, and if you, or anyone you know, would like two small dogs to warm their home, please CONTACT MAXFUND ANIMAL SHELTER. Please do not contact me directly or reply to this email, as I am not directly involved with placing these dogs. Thank you!

~ Amit

Hi everyone,

We have a few dogs that would greatly benefit from getting out
of the shelter and into a home environment. Of course, any of
the dogs at Maxfund would like to be in a home rather than the
institutional environment, but these are particularly
suffering. No matter how much we try to make their stay at
Maxfund as pleasant and bearable as possible, the fact remains
that some begin to suffer after being here for a long time. Or
they are seniors after living with their persons for so many
years and this is very hard for them to adjust to being left in
a shelter.

Please consider opening your home to one of these deserving and
wonderful dogs. We will continue to do everything we can to
adopt them out when they are with you.

Please let me know if you can help!

Blue Boo and Scooter (Chihuahuas) - these elderly gentlemen
came in together and need to stay together. They have already
dealt with the trauma of being surrendered after their whole
lives with their beloved human and other pack members so we
don't want to compound it by separating them. Their owner was a
senior citizen who had to move and her new facility only
allowed two pets. She had 5 dogs, and gave us 3. She loved them
dearly and cared for them very well. She was crestfallen at
having to pick three to give up. Their other dog pal Italian
Greyhound was adopted but they are still with us. They are
healthy, just older. Please use the link below to see them,
and for contact information:
