Public Group

Form a powerful group who wish to learn about yoga of breath, meditation, Sudarshan Kriya. Raise awareness about the Art of Living Foundation. Meet other locals interested in learning more about the ways to handle stress in a posivive fashion. Members who have taken the course meet weely to practice Sudarshan Kriya Yoga and meditation. These sessions are free. For members who have not taken the course we will gather at specific times to learn, share, and meditate together. These sessions are also free.
