Hi Jane,
 
I was wondering if you might be up for a small project for our
group/website? As you are doing the teacher training, perhaps
it wouldn't be too much extra work for you?
 
I was wondering if you might be willing to post a yoga
topic of interest, or a comment on a yoga topic-
like a description of a particular sutra, or some insight
into a particular posture? I think that our group may
really benefit from this, I have posted a few things,
but I am not a teacher, and I feel it would be better
to have someone else give their input on such things.
 
Another idea I just had, would be to have the students
in your upcoming teacher training to post something
like this, as a kinda comment on their exploration and
learning with their yoga training?

Wonderful Patrick! You want to practice the later practices on the 31st - the 2nd? I need to check to make sure, but I'm pretty sure those asana classes will be 3 - 4:30.

How has your weekend been? I hope well! I am teaching a community class at In Balance (1041 S. Sun Drive) today at 4:15...I'm also going to teach there now at 11 a.m.

The 4:15 one is free though, I think like a 5$ donation. I just got asked to sub it. If you are interested, I'd love to see you and talk with you more about your life and your journey. If you are like most people though, I'm sure you are BBQing.
