Join me, Cristina, and other MeetUp groups at the VFW Park in Royal Oak this Wednesday night for a slow burn vinyasa style practice. This practice will move through the same postures found in a transitional vinyasa practice, but it moves at a physically slower pace. Let's meet on our mats to stretch, sweat, and detoxify ourselves!
Please bring a water bottle, mat or large beach towel to practice in the grass. Arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can roll out our mats, say hello to each other, and get started right away at 7pm.
This is a donation based class being held to raise money for the non-profit organization Yogis Can Help. Their mission is to bring yoga to undeserved communities throughout the United States and around the world. Your donation goes towards the purchase of mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, Yoga Alliance certifications for community leaders in these underserved areas, and any shipping costs associated with transporting yoga props.
Suggested donation is $2 per person, or more if you choose.
