Megan maintains a daily asana and meditation practice and loves working with students of all abilities or disabilities. Her highest hope is to serve others so that they may find their own strength, joy, peace and personal transformation.
Megan Slattery took her first yoga breath in the mid-90s in a vinyasa yoga class in Los Angeles, CA. This is where she discovered the concept of ruthless acceptance of oneself. It allowed for a shift from perfectionism, to love and an awakening in herself that would not fully blossom until years later when she completed yoga teacher training.
