Free! Short Form Ashtanga Yoga ~ with Elaine Mackey

This will be a great class for People just beginning to get into Yoga. 

Please join us for Ashtanga Yoga with Elaina Mackey as she guides the class through Meditation, Yoga, and Freedom of the mind.

Short form Ashtanga is derived from the Ashtanga primary series making it more accessible to beginners in yoga. The sequence of Asanas never change and the holding of 5 breaths in every Asana will help create openness, and flexibility in the students body. Practicing short form Ashtanga gives a great foundation base on the yoga Asanas and the yoga practice. A guided/silent meditation will be offered at the end of class. Students will also learn some Pranayama techniques.

- There is no fee for the class

- If you do not have a Yoga Mat, extras are available
