What we’re about

Join us for a Yoga and Kundalini Activation session. This transformative experience opens the door to altered states of consciousness and supports emotional release. We will move through Yoga with pranayama and asanas. Following Yoga, we will have a Kundalini Activation accompanied by music. This session invites you to let go, realign, and connect with yourself, offering a safe and nurturing space where the breath becomes a bridge back to yourself, back home.
