Vinyasa with Brandi Gutierrez
This style is sometimes called flow yoga, because of the smooth way poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component as the teacher instructs you to move from pose to pose using inhales and exhales.
The strength of the “Vinyasa Flow” is in its diversity because each individual instructor is designing the sequence. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to keep moving, the “Vinyasa Flow” is for you.
Beginning, intermediate and advanced students can take the class.

I began teaching yoga in 2011, after completing 200 hours of training under master teacher Reegan Lessie. I went on to complete another 500 hours of training at Cloud Nine Yoga School, under master teacher Erika Faith. I believe that movement is a powerful catalyst for healing - mind, body, and spirit. As a yoga and movement teacher, I create and hold space for my students to develop body awareness and balance. My public studio classes are open to all levels; they are challenging and supportive, interwoven with elements of flowing vinyasa and somatic movement. I encourage my students to find freedom of movement, playfulness, and self-expression.

Gabriel and Mary will take you to the best yoga experience ever! Starting at 11:30 AM, Gabriel will lead a Power Vinyasa class and after that Mary leads a beautiful restorative flow, starting at 1:30 PM (60 min class) - The 30 minutes break tea is on us ;)
