Just as we tend to our bodies in staying strong and flexible, we must also tend to the mind. This class may be anything from a traditional restorative class to a yoga nidra class. Regardless, students are invited to rest and re-center. Just as there is a time to lean into challenge and discomfort, there is a time for deep rest. For many of us living in the chaos of our lives (taking care of others, work, illness, etc), coming on to our mats to receive is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Come, re-center, breathe deeply, and receive.
