What we're about

Yoga can bring many benefits to us cyclists: Improvement in flexibility for a more aero position and an increase in power output; increase in core strength for more stability; improvement in breathing techniques to aid your workout and recovery. My love for yoga and cycling is what led me to want to share these benefits with others through weekly classes. And you do not have to be a keen cyclist to join — if you suffer from muscle tightness, bad posture, lack of strength... you will find these classes very beneficial! Looking forward to seeing you on the mat :)

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a city commuter, this class will help increase core strength and flexibility, as well as target the key muscles that become tight after a long time spent in the saddle. Not only will you feel the physical benefits, but the breath work integrated into the class will teach you how to keep calm in physically stressful situations. So come and join me for an hour of specific yoga poses that will no doubt compliment your training and help improve your all-round cycling experience! Beginners and non-cyclists are also very much welcome; this class is beneficial to everyone :) €15 drop-in or €65 for five sessions.
