Finally another evening yoga session at Leahi Park in addition to the Monday evening class!
Come breathe, play, move your spine, breathe, laugh, challenge yourself, oh and did i mention breathe?
This is yoga in an environment that is not only breathtaking, but is non-intimidating and fun. All levels are always welcome. Students are encouraged to do what is appropriate for their bodies on any given day. Breath is always the most important in yoga….the poses are secondary--whew! Bring a mat if you have one (towel if not), water and a smile.
