A Hatha Vinyasa class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronized with breath. It is practiced at a slower pace with longer holds in each posture to support the body-mind connection and feel the benefits of each pose within that connection.
How to access:
RSVPs will be closed 1 day before the day of the class. Then, a Zoom link will be shared with RSVPs before class starts. Please make sure you are subscribed to email updates for this class. Please arrive 5 - 10 mins early. Dress appropriately for the weather. Class will be cancelled in the event of forecasted showers. MUST BE LOCATED IN NYC.

What to bring: Your mat and wear comfortable clothes. Also be sure to dress for the weather. If you have blocks, feel free to bring them. (They are not required for the class)
