Yoga in Central Park (Hosted by a YogaNYC Member Not Organizers)

Please note that this class is posted as a courtesy to spread the word about affordable yoga. The organizers of this Meetup are unable to provide information about cancelations, etc. Please contact the teacher directly at the address below.

Please note there is a limit of 19 students per class and we don't want to have to turn anyone away so please do RSVP in advance.

This year The Yoga Trail is offering a regular schedule of:
- YOGA 101: a gentle restorative Vinyasa class
- YOGA 102: an energizing more advance Vinyasa class

WHERE: Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow, closest park entrance W67th St. We'll meet in front of Le Pain Quotidien, 10 min before class, and walk to the location together. CURRENT SCHEDULE:
Monday, 6:30pm -7:45pm: Yoga101
Tuesday, 6:30-7:45pm: Yoga101
Wednesday, 6:30pm -7:45pm: Yoga102
Thursday, 6:30-7:45pm: Yoga102
Saturday, 10:30am-11:45am: Yoga101
Sunday, 10:30am-11:45am: Yoga102

COST: For YogaNYC members only, classes are complimentary for June and are are $10 for the rest of the summer.

What to bring: Your own mat (you can request one in advance for $3 but there is a very limited number available). Bring water and something warm for final relaxation. Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach and bare feet.

Please arrive early so we can start class on time.
