Kripalu Yoga Hour
This rejuvenating practice is suitable for all levels of students. The focus is on healthy alignment, while encouraging curiosity abut each pose. Students will find their own balance between effort and ease, while building strength, flexibility and gentle awareness. Class will include centering, warm-ups, asanas (postures), breathe work, savasana (deep relaxation) and closing meditation.
