The Yamas and Niyamas with Kimi Marin

Come to this 10 week series and learn how to live embodied in your full potential.

Sometimes referred to as the “Ten Commandments of Yoga,” the yamas and niyamas help give the skills to live a fulfilling life. For the next ten weeks, Kimi Marin will be guiding students in an exploration of each yamas and niyamas. Each class will consist of a brief discussion, pranayama, physical practice, and brief meditation. Although recommended to come every week, each week is independent and feel free to join the exploration at anytime!

Cost: Drop-In rate (new students $30 for 30 days unlimited yoga)
