Founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, we are an international non-profit, educational, charitable and humanitarian NGO, dedicated to creating peace and fostering human values. The Art of Living Foundation is the world's largest volunteer-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) active in 150 countries. It runs stress elimination and self-development courses for individuals, and service projects that have benefited 25 million people on six continents. The Foundation has special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations.

In the Triad Area, the Art of Living runs practical courses that benefit young and old alike, youth courses, children's programs and recently we had a special program for the Bhutanese Refugees as well. These energizing courses have lasting benefits to body and mind. We also run service projects around the country.
