What better way to wind down your weekend of activities than by taking the time to practice yoga? Or maybe you want to get up off the couch after a lazy day curled up in your favorite chair reading? Whatever the reason, join us this weekend for an all-levels yoga practice. EveryBODY is welcome! Prep your mind, body and soul for the week ahead.

Yoga will be offered weekly with rotating teachers. Your donations are graciously accepted! Please join us as we build community through Yoga!

(Suggested minimum donation of $8 please)

Class takes place in Rosco's Coffeehouse after hours, so the "Open" sign won't be lit up, but rest assured, we are inside getting set up to teach - come on in!

Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend) and a mat and any props you have.

Each week teachers rotate and bring their own unique style of teaching!

THIS WEEK'S TEACHER: Joanna Zaremba, RYT-200, began teaching yoga in 2003. Since then, she has taught all ages in a variety of settings. Her classes are lighthearted, and her intention is to create a safe space for you to honor yourself during each class. She loves to introduce new people to yoga as well as to encourage participants to make the class their own through modifications and options. Joanna teaches in a flowing style, weaving in therapeutic poses as well as participant requests. Joanna began her daily mindfulness meditation practice in 2011, and it has been transformative in her life and her relationships. Her classes are mindful in nature and will include a brief meditation that she hopes might inspire participants to consider adopting a daily meditation practice. Joanna looks forward to connecting with you and building community via classes at Rosco's! Check out Joanna's blog about her experiences as a new parent practicing (

Jeanie Jungbauer, RYT 200, is a Colorado native who has lived in Manitou Springs since 2003. She is a mother of two boys who have taught her the amazing value of motherhood and provided a wonderful life long perspective to draw a smile on her face every day. Jeanie loves being in nature, trail running in her five fingers, the creative power of yoga practice, and spending time with her family. Having graduated from CSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jeanie has since learned to incorporate her passion for empowering others in their lives through yoga. As a result of the enjoyment she found in her own personal practice, she is drawn to teaching others in hope that they may find their own individual purpose, inner strength, and confidence while remaining themselves and having fun.

Jeanie teaches a variety of classes throughout Manitou and Colorado Springs. Creative flow, slow flow Vinyasa, and Hatha style yoga are incorporated into her style of teaching, as well as Prenatal, Postpartum and Family Yoga classes.

Corrin Vecchitto, RYT-200, is a Sattva Yogi. She is a lover of nature, mountains, healing, yoga, seva, traveling, and is a pediatric nurse too. She first found the healing powers of yoga in 2012, which eventually lead her to study with Anand Mehrotra in India where she learned how to become a warrior of wisdom. The Sattva yoga journeys that she leads are a way to dive deep into your practice and Self.

Sattva yoga lets you be limitless, beyond space, of infinity, fearless, without judgment, free, connected to your greatest intelligence, and devoted to ones evolution. Corrin serves to lead her students to themselves and to see the immense beauty in Mother Nature, to be connected to the 5 elements, to experience and notice the gentle grace that always exists, and to know that you are the cause of your life, life happens for you, not to you. As a warrior of wisdom Corrin is able to live her truth and be of service to others.
