Pragmatic Dharma
An Integrative Approach to Awakening

Pragmatic Dharma Virtual Workshops

Each month meditation teachers Kenneth Folk and Vincent Horn will co-lead a virtual workshop for those interested in a pragmatic approach to Buddhist meditation.

Set to happen on the first weekend of the month these virtual workshops are designed to be highly interactive and participatory. Each workshop will include:
  • Interactive practice sessions – to hone your meditation skills with fellow practitioners
  • Short teaching bursts – to clarify the techniques and illuminate various aspects of the meditative path
  • Opportunity to meet and connect with peers – Instead of DIY (do it yourself) this is a DIT (do it together) approach
  • Time for live questions and discussion with the teachers
Pragmatic Dharma Virtual Workshop for September

Four Foundations + Mahamudra Noting – In this workshop we’ll be covering the four foundations of mindfulness technique, using an out loud noting methodology. The out loud noting provides a powerful feedback mechanism for staying on track with the practice, and also emphasizes a type of relational mindfulness when practiced with others. We’ll also be doing a technique that Kenneth has developed, which also uses the out loud noting format, called Mahamudra Noting. Join us if you’re interested in learning these methods, or even if you already know and want to continue to hone your skills with others.
