Meetup Description: This morning beginners therapeutic yoga class will leave you rejuvenated and ready to start your day. Come and join us in a fun, movement oriented class that includes breathwork, balance and resistance stretching. Gentle Sun Salutations are practiced with focus on breath and alignment.
Payment of four yoga classes for $60.00 gives you a choice of any four Saturdays.
Payment and Registration for all yoga classes are handled at the Fishkill Town Hall or online at www.fishkillrecreation.com/Sports/Yoga.htm ... Please note if the website is down and you cannot register online let me know on this meetup.
Or just show up Saturday morning at the Town of Fishkill Recreation Center where you can register with us.
If you have a group of 3 or more people that would like an afternoon or early evening class please let me know through this meetup and we can schedule additional classes for you at the Fishkill Town Hall Recreation Center.
