Hello!  I work as a Pain Ambassador for US Pain Foundation and I run the Kansas City Chronic Pain Support Group.  We would be very interested in finding out more information about partnering with you for the Masquerade Ball.   There are over 110 MILLION Americans that live with daily chronic and debilitating pain (as reported in the 2011 National Pain Report) and our focus is on support, education, empowerment, advocating for and giving hope to people in the KC Metro area that live in all types of chronic pain.  I was just recently informed that the Governor's of MO and KS have signed my request to proclaim September as Pain Awareness Month in MO and KS.

Serve KC Members-
I organize an annual Masquerade Ball and all funding from the door fee of the event goes to a charity within the KC area that we partner with for the event.  I do not take a fee for planning, promoting and organizing these events.  It is all a donation of my time and service in our community.
Currently, I am in need of a willing charity to partner up with for this upcoming event.  The venue has already been reserved and I've already started promoting the event.  There are some requirements by the charity- mostly promoting and helping us by assisting at the event.  The details of the charity requirements are sent in a direct email.
If you know of a local Kansas City Charity that could use some additional funding for their 2014 upcoming year, please contact me at [address removed].
