Subject: URGENT! We Need Your Help to Pass Prevailing Wage in San Diego
Reply-To: [address removed]
Greetings IBEW 569 Members and Supporters:
We have an URGENT action alert for this Tuesday, July 30th. The San Diego City Council is considering whether or not to pass an Ordinance extending prevailing wage to City projects in San Diego. We know from experience prevailing wages on public projects are a win-win for local workers and the community. Not only do prevailing wage standards expand apprenticeship training for local residents, they ensure we create good, middle-class jobs in the community. Can you do your part to help us expand prevailing wages to City of San Diego projects by attending the City Council hearing on Tuesday, July 30th? We need to show our San Diego City Council members our strong community support. Details below:URGENT ACTION ALERT - WE NEED YOUR HELP TO EXTEND PREVAILING WAGES TO CITY PROJECTS IN SAN DIEGO!
