We need photographers to capture the event and videographers to volunteer to shot the event (you will get credit and other POWERFUL marketing freebies!)

We need help with:

  • Setting up tables, signs, etc
  • Registration
  • MC assistance
  • AV assistants
  • Door Prize Coordination
  • Setting up visual displays and chairs in the studio and lobby
