For the Canon & Nikon shooters among you who use the speedlight flashes for more than on-camera flash, Pocket Wizard has announced a new series of radio slave units. They are backwards compatible with the old Pocket Wizards but the exciting part is that work with the TTL system for controlling Canon or Nikon flash units remotely hundreds of feet away, even without a line-of-sight.

Rob Galbraith's blog has a nice detailed write-up.

The Canon compatible-models come out in March. Nikon shooters have to wait until Q2 of this year.
