We will begin at Giverny. Accompanied by a professional guide, we will discover the house and magnificent gardens of Claude Monet and learned about painter’s life and artistic style. After a short lunch break, we will continue our journey to the village of Auvers-sur-Oise. We will fly back through time to the era of the Impressionist painters and discovered many interested details about the life and art of Vincent Van Gogh! Aboard a comfortable bus, leave Paris for a day to discover one the most known regions of France.

Program details :

• Meeting at 7:45 am on the stairs of the Opéra Garnier (metro Opéra, lignes 3-7-8 and RER A, station Auber)
• Departure for Giverny
• Guided tour (in French) of Claude Monet’s house and its beautiful gardens
• Departure for Auvers-sur-Oise
• Picnic in the park of Auvers-sur-Oise castle
• Guided tour (in French) of the countryside of Auvers, followed by self-guided visit of the city monuments: Ravoux hostel, Colombières house, graveyard, Daubigny museum, the church, the museum of wormwood…
• Arrival to Paris expected around 7:00-7:30 pm.
