Hi Jeremiah,
This is quite uncanny that this request comes at this time. I was just up at Budd Lake for a Scandinavian Festival and spoke to someone about an off grid system here in Ocean County, NJ. I was just kind of picking his brain and never thought that he would even come down this far but he said that he owned property a few towns south of me. I cannot comment on his work but I felt very comfortable talking to him. He also is working on wind power.
