Help on 'House Ad'

Hello Guys,

How can we implement 'house ads' in a app working on Android & iOS platforms? We want to display only the in-house ads. I checked house ads from Admob and not really sure if that's the only solution available in the market.

So, wanted to get suggestions and help from this group who have tried this before.
