Regarding offline database

Hello Guys,

We are building app to optimize delivery process.
Our requirement is to run the app seamlessly in presence or absence of network and internet .

So we need to design our offline database in such a way that , it automatically synch to server as soon as internet is up. So we need to record every action in our offline database .

Also if there is no internet  we are pushing some critical info through sms  similar to what Ola cab is doing.


Please let  me know is there any library in android to handle all these .
Also what is the best strategy to implement that.

Your suggestions are utmost important to us.
