Actors and Filmmakers,

The Actors Alliance is developing a pilot for television, and you are invited to join us!

To have an important role on the show, you must enroll in the classes starting next week that will enhance and evolve your acting skills. The cast needs to be confident and ready to perform when we go into production.

Here are comments from actors who starred in our last production:

★ "I truly enjoyed myself during filming today. Veleka, I want to thank you for taking your time to be such a devoted teacher. I have progressed in just a matter of 6 weeks! Everyone on set today was so professional and polite. Can’t wait to view the finished product! ♥"
- Alison Rutherford, New Orleans

★ "Kudos to Crew and staff on the set. Outstanding work ...... Love y'all"
- Samuel Bolds, Gretna

★ "Today was a great experience. I learn so much every time I get the privilege of being in front of the camera and taking direction from a skilled director. Thank you to everyone from Veleka on down for everything you did."
- Tom Bubrig, Mandeville

★ "Veleka, thank you for this priceless experience! It was a pleasure. Hollywood here we come. :)"
- Allie Moff, New Orleans

★ "I loved everything about this class :) Veleka, you go above and beyond to teach your students, and your passion to help us succeed is without a doubt seen. This was such a comfortable environment and I met so many amazing people who I am happy to call new friends :)"
- Sarah Miller Wilkinson, Ocean Springs, Mississippi

★ "Had a fabulous time today... I didn't want it to end!"
- Kristina Kingston, Mandeville

★ "Veleka, you are such an amazing teacher and friend. You have given me opportunity I never saw coming. Your six week course has taught me more than any University would have ever taught me in 4 years and I am grateful for you. Not only did you teach us about acting, you taught us all about the business of acting, which is equally important."
- Kenya Galespie Jefferson, Byram, Mississippi

The Actors Alliance classes are unique in the business. Actors practice the craft in class, then go on set to get real-world experience. We pool our talent, intelligence, and resources. A collective always has a better chance than an individual, which is why the Pilgrim Fathers came here together... why the pioneers traveled West together. Working as a community, The Actors Alliance makes it happen!

If you want to be part of this exciting new adventure and save $25 off the cost of tuition, send me a $50 deposit made out to Veleka Gray before the semester starts on May 21, and your tuition will be $275 instead of $300. It's $300 at the door. Just send me an e-mail for the mailing address. Then e-mail me after you have mailed your check or money order with the name of the city that's best for you, and I'll e-mail you back with what you can do to prepare for your first class.

~ CLASS VENUES ~

• Metairie - Monday evenings - 7 p.m. to 10, starting May 21

• Baton Rouge - Wednesday evenings - 7 p.m. to 10, starting May 23

• Covington - Thursday evenings - 7 p.m. to 10, starting May 24

Tuition for each semester is $275 with a $50 deposit paid in advance, or $300 at the door. Mature actors age 14 and up may enroll.

You can study acting for film until the cows come home, but until you are performing in front of a camera, you won't get the feel for the work or the necessary experience. Doing the work and then seeing yourself on camera is essential, and that's one more thing that studying with The Actors Alliance offers you.
