Sorry I didn't clarify this.  If you are a member of the group you don't have to do anything.  By being a member of Swamp Fox Paddlers you are agreeing to the terms of membership.  The only time I need anything signed is if somebody brings a guest.  This shouldn't affect anything with our group.  This just puts the "you're responsible for your own gear and safety" into leagal terms.  I hope this doesn't cause too big of a rift.  Paddle on!
